Coming to my blog after such a long gap! Family commitments and resposibilities kept me occupied and engrossed in a lot of activities. But despite the hustle bustle i could manage to steal out some moments to pause n ponder and settle down to pour down my heart’s contents onto this screen in the form of this Abstract Art of mine.
Looking forward to the movie titled CONJURING! what an inspiration 🙂
Last night as i was giving final touches to this art piece, my son joined in and commented…” oh wow! Horses in a stable! “! But when the same was shown to my daughter, she took it for ” ramp modelling” ! Such is the beauty of an abstract art…it lies in the eyes of the beholder.Different people…different interpretations 🙂
This one is a hasty water-color creation i did while my son was preparing for his ‘majors’.He wanted me to sit by his side and do something constructive as well !! I picked up a blank sheet of paper and tried my hand at creating something meaningful with dried up colors and broken brushes !! The outcome was not all that bad…that’s what my son thought as he thanked me heartily !!! 🙂
..portrays my happy state of mind.Thrilled that the Grand Day has arrived when the stage is all set to throw a huge surprise B’day party for my dear brother.I am going to recite a poem and also sing a song for him Ohh.. humming around, jumping with excitement..cann’t wait to see his happy face ;-)) Happiness to all !! God bless.
This injured baby bird spotted on my terrace was nurtured back to health by my tender heart-ed daughter. As the baby splish-splashed in the nearby water-tub, sitting in my room and peeping through the net door, i took it as an opportunity to paint it in acrylic. What bird is that?? any body ??
I think it’s my liking for the colors like Blue and white that prompts me to paint landscape so often. Here,i used acrylic, water color both to create one of my favorite subjects i.e trees, clouds and lots of sunshine.Hope it’s liked.Lots of sun-shine to all of you.God bless.
The full moon-lit-nights always inspire me to remain cheerful, calm and composed.A few days back as i was gazing up at the sky and admiring its beauty and charm, it suddenly struck me to capture the sight in my ‘mind’s eye’ and to recreate it through my artwork.I don’t know how far i succeeded in my attempt but…here it is for all of you 🙂
I have always been fascinated by theTiger-pattern.Be it on a dress,bag,wall,T-shirt,shoes,sun-glasses etc..etc..etc.Don’t you think it’s the most ‘exploited’ pattern being used the world over 🙂 I also used it here in my painting and created a Tiger-mask( chinese-style) using acrylic colours.Hope it is liked !
